The Canterbury Under 17 team to play the national tournament in Wellington in mid January has been announced. Country has two players in the team: Finn Loader (Diamon Harbour) and Fergus Fairbairn (Scargill). Jack Hyde (Cheviot) and Arthur Paterson (Lincoln) have been named as non-travelling reserves for the squad.
